Sasquatch Challenge

David W. Skinner (Grandview, Washington, USA) is one of the most famous authors of Sokoban. This well-deserved fame is due, largely, to its spectacular symmetrical puzzles, some of big size; and, secondly, to its long dedication to Sokoban during more than 13 years, since January 1999.

The 600 puzzles of the XII sets of Sasquatch can be grouped into these four major types:

- symmetrical levels                               278 levels
- storage                                           74   "
- maze (only in the first sets I-IV)                 9   "

- small levels (less than 10 boxes) and other      239   "

In Sasquatch Challenge I have selected my 80 favorite levels. With few exceptions, they are of medium difficulty and fun to solve. I have chosen these levels:

Sasquatch I: 9, 12, 19, 27, 29, 46, 48, 49          = 8 levels
II:     5, 7, 10, 23, 29, 31, 38, 42                = 8   "
III:    3, 4, 22, 26, 28, 33, 34, 43                = 8
  "
IV:    2, 8, 9, 20, 25, 29, 30, 31, 36, 41, 44, 49  = 12
"
V:     10, 25, 27, 31, 46                           = 5   "
VI:    10, 11, 31, 35, 42, 43, 49                   = 7   "
VII:   3, 23, 27, 36, 43, 44, 47, 48                = 8   "
VIII:  36, 41, 48                                   = 3   "
IX:    13, 14, 16, 31, 36, 37, 39, 47               = 8   "
X:     23, 26, 30, 31, 37, 49                       = 6   "
XI:    11, 12, 23, 31, 45, 46, 50                   = 7   "

I add also 33 remodels - usually hard - of York Shen, gyjgw, GRIGoRusha, stopheart, zhenying, Přemysl Zíka, and myself.
